Either Way I Lose? Poem by Biff McGuire

Either Way I Lose?

Rating: 5.0

Feeling betrayed in the beginning
Revenges crash course starts
A Y in the road is calling
Choose me for quick relief
Is it not your belief?
You are once again falling
To hell of the heart
With no chance of winning
Or might you be smart?
To engage in stalling
Tactics; only to prolong the grief
The other fork being the chief
Reason for the beating and mauling
A bout with loves’ art
That in the end leaves the mind spinning
