Dynasty Hardly Dies Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Dynasty Hardly Dies

Some are thrust with crowns.
They manage to stay afloat.
Some have wrested their crowns
By virtue of their sheer talents.
The first category is rampant
As marketing is the rule.
Be it in stardom, in profession,
Or in politics or in sports,
Crowns are thrust or reserved.

Kingdoms were dissolved
But not the dynasty.
