Dream Big Poem by Srivishnu Rentala

Dream Big

Close your eyes
and see through them.
Do you plunge head first
into eternal darkness,
As you sit impotently
watching every ounce
of your strength sapped?
Or do you harness magic
pure and divine,
from a vantage point
that reveals only vibrancy?
Contemplate, brood wisely
You must pick nicely.
Because choice dwells within
whether to leap into an abyss
full of nothingness
or surf silky streams
of omnipotent dreams.
