Drama Poem by Mary Gilliam

Drama

It's exhausting, it's never ending
It's suffocating, it surrounds me always
It can't leave well enough alone
It twist everything you do or say
It spreads rumors, it coats everything
It's addicting to many turning them black inside
It ruins lives, days, people, jobs
It always hits you as your getting up
It kicks your legs out from under you just as you're getting up
With all the drama that goes on you would think we were a play

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I'm tired of drama.
