Double standard and
Wednesday,12th May 2021

let us call 'the world is one family'
we offer prayer to an almighty
for it to happen
and make the earth heaven

many things are told
in an unceremonious way
everybody speaks ideally
but follow it differently

we employ a double standard
and exchange pleasant words
but silently stab at the back
and stake the claim for spoils

God sent us on earth
to take a calm breath
but made us follow a different faith
and allowed the different method to dispose of bodies after death

some souls are given birth in a poor family
some go to the influential society
rich and poor never meet on the ground
it is for us to find the difference

so the world is on a different footing
we are shooting on different platforms
the basic differences are of high morality
whereby the rich go for luxury and poor go to an almighty
