Love,
How the words dance upon your lips,
Like pedals touching the silent pond.
Yet it holds such power,
To cause war and conflict.
crimson like blood,
The envy that rushes through you!
Love is a drug,
Addicting and uncontrollable.
Unbound like the far reaches of space,
And violent like the ocean.
Oh what woe,
Love enprisons us and yet,
It is a liberation,
The melting of our soulful heart.
