December Roses

Rating: 5.0

December roses,
The lingering beauty of
Spring and summer,
Still so lovely...
In my mother's garden.

Beautiful memories. I even have had roses bloom after the snow.

Dorothy, The image of the roses jump out at you through your imagination. I could almost feel their thorns as I reached to pluck one. Lovely little poem. Just beautiful. Thank you for sharing it. David
