Dear Darling Husband.

I've failed to get a better way to communicate but,
I pray you hear my heart through this poem,
Nothing hurts than seeing you hurt and devastated,
Oh how I wish you could see my tears as well!
My unstoppable and uncontrollable rolling tears that flow secretly accompanying yours.

I've made mistakes in the past that I regret, all of them,
it's those mistakes that we keep getting into fights, arguments and I hate it,
My past is behind me that's for sure but you my dear,
You my dear are my present and Future.
There is only one man in my life and there's always going to be one, you.

I do meet this guy sometimes but my conscience is always clear and my intentions pure,
Truth be told, I've never and will never love him,
We might have a history together but our meeting is business strictly
Never will I ever do anything to jeopardize our marriage baby, I promise,
You are my sweet husband and I really, from the bottom of my heart love you deeply.

Your feelings I cherish, respect and will never ever take you for granted,
You are my number one priority and I listen whenever you speak,
I've cut ties with all my exes and dropped bad habits,
I've dropped flirting and texting of other men all because of you but,
somehow my past still haunts you, haunts us but I'm working around the clock.

If meeting this man gives you chills and makes you uncomfortable,
Then I won't meet and do business with him anymore,
I'm going to find another person, one you will approve and have nothing to worry about,
Like I said honey, and I will continue saying it,
I'm not putting anything that will jeopardize our marriage.
