Like eyeliner, loud music and black clothes?
Am I emo?

Love stars, ballet slippers, and skinny jeans?
Am I emo?

Have funky hair, baby clips, and orange nails?

Cry a lot, write poetry, and sit alone in the dark?

Like plaid, going to shows, and bug eyed glasses?

What the fluff is emo?
A three letter word that means so much
But nothing at all.

A word that can make people hate me
Just because of the way I look.

an interesting concept...of writing...brings us to the point of thought...........the importance and effects of labeling in society!
Well i think that this poem is cute in its simplicity... Interesting view on the society...and the importance of feeling the need to label individuals as if to sort them out into packages...
