Confused

Isolation

Guilt

Pain

Teardrops

Laughter

Emotional Drain.

The highs and lows

The ups and downs

the smiles

that always

turn into frowns.

Negative person

living within

The road

is long

where do

I begin.

Moment by moment

day after day

Tiny steps forward

I am well on my way

To healing a heart,

mind, body, and soul

Get this weakening spirit

back in control.

Lost Years

Past
