Come, My Love Poem by Edwina Reizer

Come, My Love

Come, come my love.
Let us travel together.
Let us traverse the hills and dales
regardless of the weather.
For 'tis nothing bad to feel the rain
and nothing bad the snow.
For together none of that will matter.
So come my love, let's go.

Come, come my love.
Let us follow the sun.
Let us feel the heat when it shines
and become as one.
For 'tis nothing bad to be on fire,
nothing bad to burn.
For together the only thing to matter
is how we both do yearn.

So come my love, let's go.
