Spring has so many lovely colors
And along with them fragrances too
I love to spend outdoors time
I'm sure it is the same for you.

Blue is for forget-me-nots
Yellow for Basket-of-gold
I see Thrift all dressed in pink
They are popping out sweet and bold.

And all around my flower bed
Buds of all shapes and sizes
Moving fast, I hope they'll last
As summer brings many surprises.

So get outdoors soon, my friends
If you don't have blooms of your own
Go to the park, a place you can start
Along with lovely ponds and stones.
