Close To My Heart
I carry your photograph with me
no matter wherever I go.
I carry it in my shirt pocket
the one that is close to my heart
where you will always stay
whenever I am away.
Your picture reminds me
how close you are
and how close to my heart
you will always stay.
I may travel to foreign lands
see the beauties of the world,
but with your photograph
close to my heart
shows me how lucky I am.
