Canada's Wall Poem by Randy McClave

They cried out that he never lost the election
With evil and hate and a terroristic objection,
They attacked the U.S Capitol wanting to install their leader as a dictator
Then they killed police officers who were defending the Capitol against a traitor.
Now they stand and believe in fascism
And they support bullying and bigotry and racism,
They cry out that they are Christians living in a Christian nation
Sadly, they don't know of our country's founding foundation.
They say that they are Christian's but they don't go to church to worship
So, of course they will never experience a spiritual guilt trip,
They say if Jesus had an Ar15 by his government he wouldn't have died
But, then on the cross for us he wouldn't have been crucified.
They support a man who is an adulterer, liar, cheater, tax evaded, draft dodger
A man who is nothing more than a sinful codger,
Of course this is the Republican Party
Of course which none of them would be known as a smarty.
They have a mouthful of scripture and a heart full of hate
They want to criticize everyone's life and judge their fate,
But, they don't live the life that Jesus taught us to live
And they would rather take than to ever help and give.
They say according to Bible if a man lies with another man he should die
But, I guess they forgot to read about adultery and greed and telling a lie,
They believe that climate change doesn't really exist
And if you truly want anything you should take it with a gun or a fist.
And whenever in terror and fright they get down on their knees to pray
Sadly it is never to God, but always to the NRA,
They are always the first to falsely judge and accuse
As was done against Jesus my Lord, by the Jews.
They believe with our taxes we shouldn't help the poor and the needy
And they don't care that the wealthy pay nothing and stays greedy,
They don't care if the poor and the needy starve or suffer
And they hope and pray that between them there is a giant buffer.
They call our neighbors to the south murderers, rapists and thieves
And because of them their has been laid many funeral wreathes,
Now from what they have read and from what they have seen and saw
I've read that our northern neighbor Canada is now putting up a wall.
