Calculus Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Calculus

Calculus

Editing my movie
With adobe Premier

Cautiously, unaware
Changed names of some files
In the midst and halfway,

The system turned limp-horse:
'Cannot find, cannot go! '
Full brake, it stopped.

Changed address and ordered:
'OK', 'Go'
(Having learned computer
And its tongue, logic's brain.)

Now figures and letters
The ghosts of binaries,
The matrix-screen
Run so fast, can't follow
Fear the shadows seen…

They look like mid-finger erected
And poke me everywhere
From nose to my mouth
Even in…
You guessed right!

I feel nude and naked!
To the math, calculus,
Matrices; basis of Internet!

I can relate! , I have been in the middle of editing small films and clips only to have programs freeze, to be held hostage to schizophrenic binaries codes is a challenge, wonderful work!
