I stare it in the face
Yet it's my biggest fear
time seems like a race
whenever your around here
it doesnt have a clue
about my triple threat
it cant touch me nor you
at least not yet
i promise to protect you
hide you from the dark
i'll shed you from the sorrow
that may cause your cutting marks
if you get depressed
or if you need to cry
i promise i'll be there
i'll stick right by your side
killing all your fears
defending your defeats
wiping dry your tears
when you and star lights meet
there's no easy way out
we all should no that
but if you tried to leave today
i swear i'd bring you back
