You say that you love me
You tell me it's the truth
you tell me that i'm pretty
but you're just being you
a player and a pimp
a lier and a joke
i wish that you would quit
and just leave me alone
if you tell me it's the truth
every time you speak
then why do you tell them
the same thing you tell me
if you could be for real
just for one day
could you prove you love
or would you turn and walk away
