Boxer Dogs - Poem by Colin Ian Jeffery

Boxer dogs are my pride and joy
So full of bounce and life
Scampering gaily through woods
Sniffing at roots and trees
Cocking-legs marking the spot.

Churchilian face, big baleful eyes
Paddy paws and floppy ears
Man’s best friend personified
Boxer dogs are so full of glee
Making my life so bountiful with love.
