Both The Arts Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Both The Arts

Both the arts

It takes no time to recognize
About people and their size (intelligence)
You can't fool
It is known to people

It takes on sharply
As you respond readily
To any query or question
Without any hesitation

Even though the truth is apparent
You can't present
Anywhere and at any time with sharpness
You must possess sharp intelligence

If it was to explain correct aspect
You needed no talent
It was as simple as that
Only an artist could make it possible not to be caught

Face deserts sharpness
When truth has found its trace
It fails even wise man to hide
The truth comes on surface and compels man to decide

You must have both the art
To hide and at the same time to be part
Present it skillfully
And thus avoid strange situation carefully
