Blindness Poem by rowan ahmed

Blindness

Rating: 4.5

you make me cry
then you wipe my tears
you sit trying to console me
after you feed my fears
i try to put it in words
but no one really hears
words with no sense
that a shakey voice smears
like the whispering cry of mayday
into deft dying ears
consequences of my weakness
on my dull world congeals
while the pain of lonliness
my soul sears
a heart despratly cying
with loud sad cheers
how can blindness the inlightened steers?
