Big Words Of Wisdom Poem by Hebert Logerie

Big Words Of Wisdom

I am in search of the big wise words that the great poets
Had failed to use, when they wrote their famous poems.
Right now, I have seven dictionaries, which are like pets,
By me. If I don't move them, they won't fall in the dams.

My mind is a bit vermiculated, confused and very fussy.
Tonight, I plan to open the most voluminous dictionary,
To find the big words. I hope all of them will be gathered,
On the same page, like red ants, on top of a deceased bird.

I don't like the words that I found. I am going to pick a strange
Poem of Maya or Dunbar or of not so well-known Etzer Vilaire.
I remain unhappy. Forget it. I am going use the ones that care,

The words which are wise and commiserative. I don't like orange,
But I love lime and lemon. I simply want to use words of wisdom,
Of deep feelings of love and affection, and of inspiration of freedom.
