Bells Of Christmas Poem by Joseph T. Renaldi

Bells Of Christmas

Rating: 5.0

Oh! glorious bells of Christmas,
Ring out your tidings along the way.
Proclaim to all Christendom once again
That this is Christmas Day!

The tintinnabulation will lead to a church
Where ears will love to hear the bells ring,
And attention is directed to the belfry
Where eyes are bound to see the bells swing.

The bells will reverberate through the church
And there in prayer the parishioners bow,
Humbly observing the birth of Christ
Since their faith has taught them how.

The exalted choir in the church balcony
Join with the bells in ecclesiastical song,
Creating an emotion of reserved awe
Upon the gathered and solemn throng.

Oh! glorious bells of Christmas,
Ring incessantly your tidings today.
Bestow peace on earth to humankind
On this Christmas Day!
