Before time

History never repeats
But submits
The blunder committed
For scrutiny and reported

It may be lapse on our part
No preparedness from the start
Or no procurement in advance
Thus missing full chance

Each time we evaluate
And circulate
About plugging loop holes
And all supplies

Despite all these
We still miss
Show lethargy
And get sleepy

Swo history presents chance
To seize it with stance
Prepare well in time
And get ready before time
