I will poke and prod.
I will fight and fuss.
Because love is hard.

Of everything normal
I won't give in to outside pressure
I will love hard as a rock
To get me to that hard place
Theres nothing that I wouldn't do for love

From the mountain tops I will yell
Like the civil rights marchers
There is nothing I wouldn't do for you
I will love when there is nothing else left
I will love because there is nothing else left
Love is hard and I don't care
Because you make me who I am today
Without you I have nothing
My temple would be torn down
