you're gone
i waited for you long enough
hopingyou would come
i don't care where you been
I'm begging you to runhome
i searched for you
everywhere every corner
butno single clue
I stand at the cross road
my heart occupied with hope
anticipating you're there
at the end of the queue
what have you done?
Was it your plan?
i hold on
keep holding on
carrying hope at my back..
with a single penny my only luck..
when will I see you again?
come back soon my baby
and let me be your lady..
ghing
your gone.........ooops! you're i don't care where you been...........in prose i would use...you've been ;) i normally would in poetry as well. what you have done? ...........normally i would type what have you done? ging, did you mean to type ghing in the last line? hmm? maybe? why? or just a typo? i really like this, though 'love poems' are not my favorite genre. I RARELY use the word 'genre'; it seems so fancy! ha ha. if he doesn't show up, maybe i can help? hee-hee to MyPoemList, .................even though it IS a 'love poem' bri :)
Whoever the man is, it seems he would do quite well to be found by you, love-struck poet! God's speed to you.
