Be The Lights, And Your Own Master Poem by Hebert Logerie

Be The Lights, And Your Own Master

If you give up your rights
You disrespect yourself
You become a dirty elf
Any predator, without fights
Will be happy and ready to enslave you
Your mother, father and siblings too.

Show pride, even when you're down
Depressed, dejected and rejected
Act as though, there is a crown
Over your head. Feel undefeated
Proud, wise, and noble
Real royalty is humble
Caring, and passionate
About the unfortunate
The disable, and the unable
At all cost, wear your label
Well. Be stylish, well polished
Exquisite, and distinguished.

Never give up your rights
Abandon your aspirations
And dreams. Be the lights
Words precede actions
Be ready, and able to fight
The right battle, day and night.
