Be Ruthless The Law



Be punishment heavier than
The benefit caused by the wrong.
Be the punishment severer than
The pain caused by the crime.
Be the punishment double
For wrongs of the custodian of laws.
Ruthlessness is the characteristic
Of the law of enforcement.
