Be my part
Sunday,27th October 2019

You are my noor*(light)
staying in behind the door
not coming in open
and driving me crazy even

each year this festival comes
and I openly welcome
think about the path ahead
and well-read the message

was it spent in dark?
I think from the start
is it not human art?
that makes you part!

I have no regret
as it is not yet let
I am firmly set
and willing to get the result

she is with me alright
in my imagination and insight
it adds to my delight
and finds the fancy with new flight

the world may move on
with the same goal and direction
will she be my companion?
and share the concern
