Be Brave Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Be Brave

Be brave

“Be brave…” I tell me:
“God to her…ask pardon…”
“You misjudged; prejudice is a shame.”

She was an African, Nigerian
Many mails from there had effect
“Of them must, be cautioned…”
“Not always…” I tell me but inside.

She was the only one in my car
For photo I pulled out camera
But to me it got lost.

And I searched
And I searched
No trace
“That damn girl, ” came to mind

Now is found and guilt’s load…
“Be brave…” I tell me.
“But where, how? What address? ”
Crushed I, live under this mountain.
