Bagdad Poem by ghaleb hamade

Bagdad

Rating: 5.0

Hot tears rolling burning little angel cheeks
Dirty oil stuffing filthy bellies of rotten sheiks
On her knees praying god please bring back dad
America and me we need you who needs Bagdad
The same white suit please don’t come in a bag dad
Thou shall not kill or god will burn your soul
Christmas snow in you boots tickle your feet
Boiling desert sand will melt your sole
Eagles soar so hi they don’t know defeat
Victory tastes little different to an orphan
Cant laugh cant smile cant have joy or fun
Dady please from this endless war take a brake
America is right America is strong no body can break
