I asked you, if you liked me, you said no.
i asked you if i was pretty, you said no.
i asked if i was in your heart, u said no.
i asked if you would cry if i walked away, you said no.
so i walked away,
but......
you grabbed my arm and said...
i don't like you, i love you!
you are not pretty, you are beautiful!
you are not in my heart, you ARE my heart.! !
And i wouldn't cry if you walked away, i would die!

i'ts absolutely brilliant..but i agree with louise..it sounds familiar..but maybe its just based on liz lochhead's ' I wouldn't thank you for a valentine ' poem..in which case u did well
very sweet.....but why ask the questions? these are things people should tell us anyway without being asked - especially those that supposedly care about us. if more people spoke their minds than there wouldn't be so much insecurity. but that would make things to easy, the poem was very touching and very realistic.
Now that is very nice-I was holding my breath, because you needed to hear that and nothing hurtful. well written.......I liked that writing.
It is not a poem...I mean I heard the same in different languages and in different ways, poems, prose and just like random thoughts.
I had started feeling sorry for you at the beginning of the poem i must say you had me on that. Otherwise it is real nice
Agreed! your poems always have me smiling.Keep up the great job. ._.
once again, very nice. tho i ve heard somethin like it before, u r the only one who can put it this way. keep on writing! -suze
Wonderful. Love has the prettiest outfit in the ink of your pen. Regards, Nibedita.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
It's very good, but it does sound familiar to something else I heard. But it is nice just the same. Which ones did you write and which ones didnt u?
