The best of the one in the other.
Either in the one or the other,
the best of the other or the one.
The success that lies in sadness,
the sadness in success.
The honour and the love.

I see this as a poem of antitheses-'below, above' and chiasmus-'the other in the one/...' the one in the other'. Opposites like that can be surprisingly close, as your succinct piece demonstrates. Usually success brings joy, but it could bring sadness too. I feel sad if I succeed at the expense of others.
