+: I don't feel well, doctor, I am dizzy every morning
-: also nauseous?
+: yes also nauseous, very bad
-: since when is that?
+: for some time now, I don't know exactly
-: if you feel so sick, do you go to work?
+: sure, I can't stay at home for such a change?
-: do you still have your period every month?
+: phew, I don't remember
-: are you married?
+: divorced recently
-: prepare yourself, you are expecting another child
+: me? ! another baby? ! I can't, I'm already divorced
