At The Center Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

At The Center

Rating: 5.0

The world smiled when somebody arrived
Little soul in home but kid cried
To see upon people rejoicing
Making drum to beat and dance

Yes joyful occasion
Family to enjoy in unison
There are reasons
To have child by childless persons

Grand parents have seen baby
They were in joy and ready
To go on pilgrimage
As this was the right age

Luck would have it
There are all people to greet
There will be gloom
Some one may leave the room

Joy on one side
Make them to cry on another side
One departs and another enters
Life after all remains at the centre
