All These Days Poem by Shalom Freedman

All These Days

All these days
All these years
And all this life
I now love so much
Will not be
Sooner
Than I want to believe-

I go on now
I hold on now
I live and want to live now,
But all this is not enough
And says nothing to
The impersonal clock
Ticking through all I am.
