All Good Things Never Appear In Favor Of The People Who Become Furious!
Feeling much sorrowful for the things that are lost
will not appear in the mind of learned people!
The grief of failure in trying to get something
will not appear in the mind of the persons
who tried sincerely to do some important task!
The virtuous good things will not happen for the people
who tried to do harm clearly to someone with intention!
All good things will never appear in favor of the people
who become furious and eliminate everything!

பலவிகற்ப இன்னிசை வெண்பா
கற்றார்முன் தோன்றா கழிவிரக்கங் காதலித்தொன்(று)
உற்றார்முன் தோன்றா உறாமுதல் தெற்றென
அல்ல புரிந்தார்க்(கு) அறந்தோன்றா எல்லாம்
வெகுண்டார்முன் தோன்றாக் கெடும்.8 நான்மணிக்கடிகை.
