All Because of Her
The reason why I look away
The reason why I turn away
The reason why I feel so gray
It's all because of her..
The reason why I've let you down
The reason why I've made you frown
The reason why I want to drown
It's all because of her...
The reason why I broke my promise
The reason why I have no bliss
The reason why everything I miss
It's all because of her...
The reason why I'm always blue
The reason why I haven't been true
The reason why I miss you
It's all because of her...
She is to me, a very close friend
For her, I can easily learn how to bend
That's why the reason I'll forever pretend
It's all because of her...
I'd rather be the one who's breaking
Than be the one who leaves her aching
So the reason why I'll be departing
It's all because of her...
If I say the truth, I will betray her
So I'll keep this secret until forever
And the reason for this painful sever
It's all because of her...
So the reason why I can't be true
The reason why I must hate you
And the reason why I can't love you
It's all because of her...
It's all because of her...
Sad...it's all because of her..that you bend, that you pretend, that you lie, that you hate, that you forsake yourself...such sacrifice..you have earned the right to be called a 'friend' but this friend of yours..if he/she does not notice this and continues to 'indirectly' force you to act..how insensitive that friend is. Keep writing.
