You looked into my soul
And figured out who I was
You captivated my heart
And taught me how sing
You’ve saved my life before
And now you do it again
Is there that much love to give
Is it possible that people can love
Without knowing what healing powers they possess?
Where would I be without you
Would I still be here today?
Without that simple gesture
You gave to me long ago
I thank you now and forever
And my love to you
