I've grown increasingly needy
and that's so unlike me.
Usually it's the boy
that winds up needing me.
And here, you've got me;
hook, line and sinker.
All I can do is linger
around in your orbit.
My brain gets going
when I hear
your name;
I start obsessing
and stressing
and undressing you,
in my mind.
I start wondering when
you'll get here already
and wondering why
you go to bed
early sometimes.
Wondering if
this is what you
expected.
Wondering how
to keep you
interested.
Joe, I'm not willing
to ever let you go.
I feel like
a serial killer
in love;
just waiting to make you
into a skin coat.
And here I was trying
to not scare you away.
Oh well, it's not like
you could
go anywhere,
anyway.
I've got land in the mountains
and enough rope to bind you
it's unlikely that anyone
could possibly find you.
