A Real Woman Poem by Marilyn Lott

A Real Woman

Rating: 5.0

She was tough, she had a frying pan
And she knew just how to use it
The guys didn’t mind the pan
If she would only not abuse it

They’d get outta line and she would
Simply conk them on the head
Why they’d suffer terribly
Might even end up in their bed

She was a woman with a mission
She’d keep those guys in line
Or they would be mighty sorry
Cuts and bruises they would find

Ah, yes, a real woman, she was
Rough and tough as the men
For way back in the old west
A strong message she would send!

I wish all women all like this, tough and strong. I always liked watching women oriented movies, where the Heroin does all the heroics, like in Coma, or some Zena Davis as a pirate Beautiful poem Madam. I started falling in love with your poems.
