A Mud Envy Poem by Ximmi Moon

A Mud Envy

The mental patient in the wake of a dream

Silenced the end of all things to come

Everything and nothing under my skin

Pushing through all that you are

Pulling the string just not falling

Death blooms on the move

Forget to remember happy choices

Tv radio rain sun gone.

What do you do dull boy?

Hate the scarlet letters in me

Lost and found fish out of water

Never enough of a new game

Same ol' have-it-your-way Cinderella story

1000 mile journey beautiful and strange

We the People heard it all before

Beyond the pale out to pasture

Burn the dead bridge inside

I can't wait with me

Scream closer!
