A Journey
Let us embark on a journey
An exploration of thoughts
In search of new vistas,
Horizons and understanding-
I won’t be able to promise you
A canopy under the sun
Or a journey unimpeded by
Rocks and thorns
Deserts and storms.
Dear, I wish to be truthful
Not only to you but even to me,
And so let me promise you
That with you as the wind on my sails
I shall try to steer a course
Through the river of time
That does justice
To an ocean of dreams.
This is just great Rajesh! The last stanza is a masterpiece! (10)

Though the course of the journey may not be smooth, you have a specific destination before you and you are pledged to undertake the journey with clear visions and in good faith! Nothing more is needed to make a journey fruitful! Profound thoughts and a beautiful poem!
