A Homage To A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

A Homage To A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

The country has lost a glorious son
Loved and adored by millions
He was a fountain of inspiration
A beacon for youth and fledgling children.
He had a dream for our country
A grand vision of twenty-twenty
He also played the role of sentry
And developed missiles to deter the enemy.
In his passing away this mourning nation
Has lost one of its best loved son and citizen
So let us not stop but in unison
Build a nation he visualized in his vision.
