A great poem possesses the right components:
Perfect verses, wonderful words and quatrains
From the onset till the end. You have feelings
You love it, especially when the peacock sings.
No, I am not talking about the pauper rooster
Because a great poem is different and unusual
One tends to read it such a poem over and over
To fully comprehend the meaning of its survival.
Great poets write great poems, isn't that obvious?
That leaves bad poets and bad writers very envious
Is there really a minimum or a maximum standard?
In what category would you put a hard bavard bard?
Nobody knows. A reader tends to be highly prejudicial
As the poem is being exsected by an obtrusive official.
