A Dreaming Sleep Poem by kimber harrison

A Dreaming Sleep

Rating: 5.0

I flew tonight,
in the clouds up above.
And I danced with the angels,
and ran with the sun.

I sang tonight,
a beautiful tune.
It made birds jealous,
and brighter gleamed the moon.

I fought tonight,
in a magical war.
Where many were the villians,
and tough was the score.

I cried tonight,
when I awoke,
and the angels went home,
and my voice was ugly when I spoke.

And the battleground disappeard,
right under my feet,
when I awoke,
from my dreaming sleep.
