A wise person listens well,
dots their I’s crosses their T’s when they spell.
A hundred apologies will not erase a bad word
or deed said or done against any race.
We can’t take back the throw once we hurl the
rock.
Every special occasion must be planned with
love, memories are forever.
A family that joins hands in prayer, forms a chain
of lasting love and care.
We can not repeat time, once gone, we’ve crossed
the line.
Never having to say you’re sorry is a beautiful
ending of every great story.
I kind of agree with The First Strike here Melvina. Nobody is perfect and sometimes in our life we do what we regret later. Even the Lord forgives and he preached forgiveness.
! Melvina Wise.......well stated there you couldn't have said it any better: O)
Inspiring and a remarkable poem for every person in every family... just great lessons to learn Melvina! Thanks for sharing it to us. A another 10.
Everyone should take this poem to heart! Never having to say you're sorry...wish I could be that good at things. You've said a lot that needs to be read with happiness. There is no sorrow in these words of your poem! ! A great one! xxElysabeth
I agree everything you said here, Melvina! it's an eye opener on the other side, esp family who prays together..You did it right! you think it well!
If only people could be kinder to each other the world would be a far better place than it is now. Love is the word that we all need to keep in mind as we go through each day. Please and Thank you. Knowing when to help someone and knowing what to say without hurting them is indeed a very wise thing to learn. Great philosophy. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
Melvina, I understand your words so well. I try my best not to offend, but sometimes it happens innocently. A word that is misunderstood, taken out of context. I wish your words were easy to adhere to, even though I try we all make mistakes sometimes. As the old saying go, to err is human. Great write my friend. Top marks and thanks for sharing it. David
