Love me with all your heart
Love me with all your soul
Love me with all your strenghth
Only I can make you whole.
Here are my commandments
Etch them on to heart
Teach them to your children
Never from Me depart.

Talk about them at home
Gossip them in the street
Speak them in the morning
Word of the Lord - so sweet.
Display them on your gates
Write them on your hand
A witness to your God
Tell the World were you stand.

What are the the Lord's Commands?
He summed them up in TEN
Five related to God
Five related to men.
Please - Only serve one God
And only worship Him
Honour his Holy Name
To blaspheme is a sin.

Respect the Sabbath Day
Respect your Parent too
If you respect these things
Long life he'll give to you.
Put God first in all things
Pray to your God each day
Obey these five commands
In all you do and say.

God always wants His People - to
Be consistent in what they do.
The next five commands are down to Earth
And test our Faith - for what its worth.
Do not take another man's life
Do not sleep with another man's wife
Do not steal another man's purse
Do not tell lies or utter a curse.
Do not covet your neighbour's life
His 4 by 4 - his lovely wife
His detached house his swimming pool
The fact that he is always 'cool'.
Be content with your rusty bike
Be content with the things you like
Be content with your lovely brood
Your faithful wife - who's never rude.
Thank God for all the things you've got
Despite the fact that it's not a lot.
The greatest possession in life is LOVE
And God sends that from up about.
So what are the things God really loves?
People who love like Turtles Doves
People whose lives are full and free
People like YOU and peole like ME.
