7 months and a few days ago
I said goodbye to him you know
I thought It'd be easy to adapt
Instead I'm caught up in this act
Happy smiling face with laughter
Fooling them so well I deserve a BAFTA
I don't think I should have to pretend
I'm not grieving for the loss of my best friend
Every day it cuts like a knife
When I realise he's gone forever from my life.
