Charlotte Emily Murray Poems

I'm not insane you know
I'm not sane either though
I'm nothing and everything
My poetry a release it does bring
...

Time has altered your face a lot
You're older than I had forgot
Memory no longer serves me right
And I run off now into the night
...

Promises and memories built to last forever
From times long gone when we were together
A woman of my word you can guarantee
I'll keep the promise that's between you and me
...

Laughing, Loving, Living.
you were always giving.
Only once did you take,
you took my heart and made it break.
...

7 months and a few days ago
I said goodbye to him you know
I thought It'd be easy to adapt
Instead I'm caught up in this act
...

The soft lingering touch of his lips on mine
The moon and the stars up above brightly shine
The gentle caress as he holds me so near
Two hearts beating as one is all that I hear
...

Day by day I'm filled with regret
My biggest mistake I'll never forget
Your face haunts my lonely mind
How could I be so foolishly blind
...

My Poetry

I'm not insane you know
I'm not sane either though
I'm nothing and everything
My poetry a release it does bring
Yes I know I ramble a lot
Regular rhyme scheme gone to pot
My poems all involve someone dying
Or sometimes just somebody crying
It doesn't mean that I am insane
I'm just releasing all of my pain
It's represented within my art
How it hurt when you broke my heart
My poems now take a happier turn
From my mistakes I did learn
And now I've fallen all over again
No longer do I feel the pain!
My poetry will continue though
On and on it will go
Poem list grow and grow!
