030610 Somebody Home Anytime Poem by Manonton Dalan

030610 Somebody Home Anytime

all so quiet in the neighborhood
cars are park bumper to bumper
no playing drums nor a guitar
nobody knocks on my door so far
darkness is sweeping further
all colors are the same altogether

by this time i should be waiting for you
everything is ready even your house shoe
while my eyes is stuck on sports channel
nothing changes even with this new cable
but you love to shift your job to night time
you said 'there's somebody home anytime'
